With its diverse landscape, the Kingdom of Fife is a wonderful place to holiday. It is a magnet for golfers - not only is the world-famous "Home of Golf', St. Andrews, close by, but there are many other championship courses within easy reach.

Fife is also rich in history and has a picturesque coastline boasting quaint fishing villages in the East Neuk of Fife and many sandy beaches.

Eastbank House is located on the edge of the tranquil village of Luthrie, in the rolling hills of north-east Fife. Although it is in a rural setting, our self-catering accommodation is centrally located for Dundee and Perth. Edinburgh, with its International Festival, is only 40 miles away.

Eastbank is a detached, comfortable house, sitting in its own grounds on the edge of Luthrie village. With spectacular views to the south and a large sheltered garden to the rear, it is the perfect place for a restful holiday.

Accommodation consists of:-
- Large lounge
- Dining room
- Kitchen (with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob)
- Laundry/utility (with washing machine, tumble drier and even a pulley!)
- 2 full bathrooms (one with over-bath electric shower, one with separate shower cubicle)
- 3 twin bedrooms
- 1 bunk-bed room (full-sized adult bunks)
- 1 room with 2 double sofa-beds
- Integral garage (with table-tennis table and small snooker table)

Large sheltered garden at the rear of the property, with drying green, grass area and fruit trees. Ample off-road parking.

Bed linen and towels are supplied. A high chair and cot are available - please bring own bedding for cot.
