Change-over day - Friday.
            Check-in - 4 p.m.
            Departure - 10 a.m.

For the benefit of guests a No Smoking and No Pets policy operates in the property.

Electricity, bed-linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Any damage to the property or any breakages must be notified.  Guests are responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacement, so Holiday Insurance is again advisable.
